It appears that Hell will remain hot. I fear that the Excrucians have slain the concept of cold for my insolence. |

Wth? What does TDS think it is doing restricting ports on my connection? This is going to be annoying if it keeps happening. I'll grant you, the 30kB/sec limit isn't terrible, but I prefer my 300kB/sec. Good thing I can just fiddle with my router and change the port forwarding to sidestep this.
Sidenote: While it is not likely, Hell may freeze over. |

| Teh Spoils vs Teh Roller Derby |
[Apr. 29th, 2007|01:32 am] |
Well, the spoils won out again. This time though, I feel my choice was correct since I obtained 5points and 150$.
Note to Jim/Sam: Barry and I forgot to collect our packs for 1st and 2nd. |

| Prerelease |

The prerelease went pretty well for me. Five events for a total of 36 packs, a couple of the new dual lands, and a good breakfast. I think Wyatt has protection from Mike Jones as it doesn't seem like Jones can beat him, to my obvious gain (3 packs and the breakfast). |

| Titles of nobility |

I am thinking on purchasing a noble title from a small nation.
Which do you think is better, Lord or Baron? |

Wow, I guess this is what I get for watching a sequel to a marginal movie; partial brain death. Was the director of Teh Butterfly Effect 2 not aware that it is not a horror movie? The title sequence and ending make me think that he was in-fact unaware of this. At least they did not traverse the road of Carrie 2.
Children of Men is good though. |

| Teh Spoils, ftkw (for the kinda win) |

4-0'ed the spoils fnm thingermajig. Despite winning, I think that in hind sight, I would have rather allocated that 12$ to entry to Rollerderby. Even if for no other reason than to watch 36DD skate around in that outfit. |

I've decided that my pc shall find the 45th Mersenne prime. The real question is how do I prevent the software from informing GIMPS if it finds it? $50k is good, but $100k is better, along with the satisfaction of money not going to other people. |

Mental note: Don't work at open table. People just sit down next to you and want help on the same thing you are working on. Even more annoying when they want to know why their answer is wrong, and then takes 5 min to verify that you are correct.
Hrm, I've come to the realization that I have talked to all of 1 person(aside from people I already know, not counting the need help guy, I didn't really talk to him so much as ignore him) outside of class discussion in what? 10 weeks? |

It is because I hate you.

You are The Devil
Materiality. Material Force. Material temptation; sometimes obsession
The Devil is often a great card for business success; hard work and ambition.
Perhaps the most misunderstood of all the major arcana, the Devil is not really "Satan" at all, but Pan the half-goat nature god and/or Dionysius. These are gods of pleasure and abandon, of wild behavior and unbridled desires. This is a card about ambitions; it is also synonymous with temptation and addiction. On the flip side, however, the card can be a warning to someone who is too restrained, someone who never allows themselves to get passionate or messy or wild - or ambitious. This, too, is a form of enslavement. As a person, the Devil can stand for a man of money or erotic power, aggressive, controlling, or just persuasive. This is not to say a bad man, but certainly a powerful man who is hard to resist. The important thing is to remember that any chain is freely worn. In most cases, you are enslaved only because you allow it.

By my calculations, if I leave my backup computer running for a week with a scripted command to hit f5 every 10 seconds, I should get a free copy of Guitar Hero 2. |

Ok, so at what point does "The best midget sex site" seem like it should make it through any sort of reasonable Spam filter? Maybe it was too upfont about the topic at hand? Did the filter think it was too spammish to be Spam? |

| Sleep vs Non-Sleep |
[Dec. 6th, 2006|11:42 am] |
Cons of sleeping 2-4 hours a night(This was pros of 6+ hours a night, but everything was phrased in the double negative): Lower fine motor control First couple of hours awake kinda suck Loss of uncanny dodge feat Become less skillful at speaking(extension of fine motor loss)
Pros: Way more time for stuff like reading |
